Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards, secure digital wallets, and popular local payment alternatives. The payment methods currently active for your regional location are displayed automatically below.
Please Note: Available payment options change dynamically at checkout depending on your final shipping destination. While local options like Blik and Bancontact are fully supported for their respective regions, they will only display at checkout if your shipping destination matches that territory and the method is fully active on our payment gateway backend.

B2B Bank Deposits & Wire Transfers
We offer direct bank deposit and wire transfer payment terms strictly for verified Business-to-Business (B2B) corporate accounts, wholesale orders, and institutional clients. This payment option is not available for standard retail consumer checkouts.
Corporate Order Processing: To utilize bank transfer terms, B2B clients must be registered with a valid corporate profile or VAT number. Proforma invoices, bank account coordinates, and routing instructions will be issued securely upon order submission. Orders will remain on hold and will only be released for fulfillment once the funds have successfully cleared into our bank account (typically 1–3 business days).

Cryptocurrency Payments (USDC)
For customers preferring decentralized payment alternatives, we accept secure stablecoin payments via USDC through our authorized cryptocurrency payment gateways at checkout.
All cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmation times. Refunds for orders paid via USDC will be processed back to the originating wallet address based on the exact fiat equivalent value at the time of the refund, minus any applicable network or gas fees.
Payment Currency
Prices on our storefront are displayed dynamically in your regional currency based on your detected location or selected market preference.
Multi-Currency Conversion: While our platform's underlying base operations are calculated in EUR (€), we fully support local currency checkouts across international markets (including USD, GBP, SEK, DKK, NOK, and more) to ensure complete transparency. Prices in non-EUR currencies are automatically converted using real-time market exchange rates and rounded to the nearest whole unit for clean, predictable pricing at checkout.
When you proceed to checkout, you will be billed exactly in your selected local browsing currency. Because you are paying directly in your local currency, your bank or credit card provider will not charge you unexpected international conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Multi-Market Pricing
The price shown on the product page is the exact amount you will pay at checkout — we do not add any extra charges. All prices include applicable VAT and sales taxes where required. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU); any customs duties or import taxes levied by your local government are outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility.
Payment Security
Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers. All transactions are protected by industry-standard security protocols including 3D Secure authentication where applicable.
Payment Processing

Failed Payments
If your payment fails, you will be notified immediately. Common reasons include:

Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure all prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Refunds & Returns
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund method: Original payment method used at checkout.
- Partial refunds: Available for partial returns or damaged items.
- Shop Pay / Digital wallet refunds: May appear as separate transactions.
- International orders: Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Disputes
We take payment disputes seriously and work to resolve issues fairly:
- Before filing a chargeback, please contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer service team.
- If a chargeback is filed: We will provide evidence of order fulfillment and delivery to your bank. Chargeback fees may be applied if the dispute is found to be invalid. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
- Legitimate disputes: If you have a valid concern about unauthorized charges or non-delivery, we will work with you and your bank to resolve it promptly.
