Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 25 countries worldwide with free standard shipping on all orders. For orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your local customs authority. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Since we process orders within 1–2 business days, please contact us immediately at contact@yehamart.com if you need to make changes. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed, but you can return it under our return policy. EU customers retain the right to return items under the 14-day cooling-off period even after dispatch.
My order seems lost. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, contact us immediately at contact@yehamart.com. A shipment is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 12 business days after dispatch. Once confirmed with the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We will arrange a reship to a corrected address or issue a refund minus any return shipping costs.
