Shipping policy

This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery from our fulfillment facilities to you. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Stock & Processing

  • Inventory: Stock levels are updated regularly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a partial shipment, wait-list option, or full refund.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (14:00) CET will be processed the next business day.

Pricing & Delivery

  • Pricing: The price shown on the product page is the exact amount you will pay at checkout — we do not add any extra charges at the point of purchase. All prices include applicable VAT and sales taxes where required. For orders outside the EU, your local customs authority may levy import duties or taxes upon delivery; these are outside our control and are not part of your checkout total. See Customs & Import Fees below.

    Currency: Our base currency is EUR (€). For your convenience, prices are displayed and charged in your local currency where available (including NOK, USD, GBP, SEK, DKK, and others). Prices in non-EUR currencies are automatically converted using current exchange rates and rounded to the nearest whole unit for clarity (e.g., 300 NOK, $32, £25).

    Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is free worldwide on all orders.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Processing: 1–2 business days
    • Transit: 5–10 business days after dispatch
    • Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from order date

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, or local conditions beyond our control.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment using the link provided.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority
  • These fees vary by country, are collected by your local customs authority — not by Yeha Mart — and are not included in your checkout total
  • If you refuse delivery due to unpaid fees, the package will be returned to us and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

EU customers: All prices are VAT-inclusive. Orders shipped within the EU do not incur additional customs duties or import fees.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
  • Delayed Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days from your order date, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped:
    • EU customers: You may return items under the 14-day cooling-off period (see our Return Policy)
    • All other customers: Follow our standard 30-day return process (see our Return Policy)

Damages and Loss

  • Damage & Issues: Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at contact@yehamart.com if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Lost Shipments: A shipment is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 12 business days after dispatch. Once confirmed with the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
