Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled by contacting us at contact@yehamart.com or through your account under "Returns and cancellations." Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please use the returns process instead.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@yehamart.com or use the "Returns and cancellations" link in your account with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (not required within the 14-day EU cooling-off period)

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with:

  • Our return address
  • Instructions on how to package and send your return
  • A prepaid return label (only if the return is due to our error)

⚠️ Please note: For standard returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping is only covered by us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at contact@yehamart.com if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Missing parts or accessories

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, including within the EU cooling-off period where permitted by law:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care/beauty products (if opened or used)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

European Union Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal with no reason required, starting from the date of delivery of the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays. From day 15 to day 30, a reason (such as sizing or change of mind) is required to process a return under our extended policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@yehamart.com or use the "Returns and cancellations" link in your account. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your withdrawal request.

The exceptions listed under Non-Returnable Items apply within the cooling-off period to the extent permitted under EU consumer law.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  1. We inspect returns within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item
  2. You will be notified if the refund is approved
  3. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method

Refund Timeline:

  • 5–10 business days after refund approval

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns (change of mind, sizing, preference):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Use a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Returns Due to Our Error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item):

  • We cover return shipping in full
  • A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval
