How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

What's your minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity requirement. Samples and small orders are welcome. Please note that unit prices for small orders may differ from wholesale pricing.

Yes, we deliver worldwide! Our products are shipped to over 40 countries through reliable carriers. Our Standard international shipping is always free, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How long do I have to return an item?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are dispatched. To cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@yehamart.com.
- Before dispatch: We can cancel your order or make changes if the items haven’t been shipped yet.
- After dispatch: For EU customers, you can return the item under the 14-day cooling-off period once you receive it. For all other customers, you can follow our standard return process.

How Do I Track My Order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you the shipping details, including the expected delivery date and a tracking number. You can track your order online using the carrier’s tracking system or on our Tracking page.
My order seems lost. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the 6–12 business day delivery window, please reach out to us. While most packages arrive on time, local logistics can occasionally cause minor delays. You can contact our support team 24/7 via our Contact Page, and we will investigate the status of your shipment immediately to ensure your items reach you.
What should I do if my order is returned?
If your order is returned, first contact us at customerservice@yehamart.com to notify us and confirm the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to the reason for the return:
- Defective or incorrect items: Yeha Mart covers return shipping and will provide a replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind (size, color, etc.): You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, in the same currency used at checkout. If you’re in the EU, you may also use the 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason.
